Well the sloping down angle is just how the Bimini was mounted. The sides however, I don't know where you could get something the same other than custom.

so you could mount it flat or sloping down? I was wondering on these bimini tops I been looking at if you could adjust the poles to change the profile of the top

I have basically the same bimini for my SANTE with FCT2 tower, 1 main pole, and 2 smaller. The smaller poles have allen screws you can loosen and move the poles around. Also, you can adjust the length on the straps too. Maybe email one of the companies referenced above with the picture, and see what they say.
I found out its a Carver. I spoke with them on the phone and sent them the picture and they said it is their top as they are the company that makes the front bow with the dogleg like you see in the pic. Carver is only about 15 minutes up the road from me. Too bad I cant just ride over there and pick it up. I will order through a dealer. Yes the top in the picture in Sunbrella material same as my boat cover.
