Bimini Question

Our 2002 Ski Nautique came with a Bimini top. What are some of the guidelines for using the top. I do not know the manufacture. Speed restrictions? Do you have to completely remove the top for towing or can you just fold it down. The front bar going across is bowed up in the center, looks like the previous owner may have had it on and towed it. Any advice is welcome. Thanks

If you have a boot for it you can lay it forward and bungee it to the trailer frame and tow it all day on the highway. I just did 1800 miles with mine and no problems whatsoever ever with exception of a little gel coat rash where it rubbed on the closed bow deck.
