    Swim platform cover

I’ve been paying 150.00 every time I buy a boat to have a swim cover made. Decided to make one my self. Bought all the stuff including the machine and made it. This one cost me a grand but each one will be incremental less.

Just ordered the material for the boat cover tonight. Making that over the holidays.

going to practice the the bench platform just to get more sewing under the belt Click image for larger version

Awesome, the stock platform cover on my G sucks; impossible to put on. May be in the market for a replacement cover

Here is the finished project. Got a couple things to work on. Keeping lines straight. Thread color. Starting the cover over xmas.

Cover completed. Learned a lot for the next one this spring. Sewing isn’t hard getting the stitches straight is. Although got a top of the line machine human error causes jams. Lots to pull together in your head when doing this. I need to invest in some more cutting tools for the next project. The seam in the back was a pain point. Could not fix without leaving holes Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545327Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545331Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545332Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545333Click image for larger version Name:	0241EB50-DDAB-47D1-94BA-1046FC1F9302.jpeg Views:	2 Size:	32.4 KB ID:	545328Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545334Click image for larger version Name:	2EDA4817-7EC2-41A9-9A70-EBC75677BDF3.jpeg Views:	6 Size:	15.1 KB ID:	545335Click image for larger version Name:	0241EB50-DDAB-47D1-94BA-1046FC1F9302.jpeg Views:	2 Size:	32.4 KB ID:	545336
