I am new to the Nautique boat just purchasing the G25. While I am happy with my decision overall, I miss the bimini top design from my old Mastercraft X45.
Effectively that design allowed the bimini to tuck neatly away against the tower. I liked that feature because I did not use the bimini but about 2 to 3 times a year. It was also super easy to put up (like 30 seconds or less).
Finally, I have to lower my tower to store the boat at my dock. Putting the tower down with the bimini is impossible for anyone in my family but me and even then, I prefer a two man crew to put down. Once down, i have a tower down cover, but it puts so much stress on the hydraulic arms that one bent slightly and would not go back into place.
Any ideas if someone makes a custom bimini that is better designed for my needs, as the current is perfect for tower up users, who like shade constantly and need the extra board storage. I don’t need any of those things. Note I have looked at https://www.onlyinboards.com/Accesso...-Nautique.aspx, but they don’t seem to get the easy to put up and down in the video.
