    New Bimini top return clip?

I’'ve about had it with little things this week.

I was curious if anyone has anyone broken this clip? Looks like mine was installed around the full aluminum bracket instead of the pole only? Caused it to snap when tower was lowered. They just put in my set pins this week on that crossbar because they were missing. The straps are sewn on so I don’t see how to put on a new one. My list of little problems is driving me crazy!

I haven't broken a clip, but I sure would like to know exactly how and where all the velcro straps should be on the rear of the bimini. I don't know if mine have ever been fastened properly and I can't seem to get them right.

Mine was installed here. Which appears wrong since it snapped and the aluminum has rash on it. The pole pulls away from here when tower is lowered. I believe my earlier picture is correct way

Not sure I understand the photos completely, but on all my 2013+ biminis of this style I have had to unbuckle the straps to lower the tower. Never thought any different.
