Unlikely unless you get something custom made. The OEM covers are pretty good.

What are you trying to improve?
My boat hangs on my lift year round. I had the OEM cover the first winter, and custom tower-down with skirts the past two.
It's a night and day difference how my boat comes through the winter.
PITA to cover the boat though.

The covers only last 3-5yrs if the boats are stored outside in the elements.

The 2014 I just sold had to have the cover replaced... boat was approx 4yrs . 3 of those outside storage no cover. It was shot.

i know the owner of NewDimensions was working to fit G23s.... not sure if he ever did. He is the PNW. Very highly regarded covers by the Malibu guys

Was just seeing if they last a bit longer the clips have broken on my cover and some small tears are starting. I like the OEM cover it is very easy to put on.
