Need boat cover. 99 air nautique with tower

Brent wants me to send him half the money up front with check by mail. Has anyone been burned doing this? I heard bad things. Wanted to go with evolution for a cover but they said no and recommended Brent. Can’t afford to burn $400 check and not get cover. Need cover before winter as I have no indoor storage for boat.

I don’t see anyone wrapping boats in my area. What cover should I want? My friend just got a budge cover for his velocity, but it won’t fit on my boat with tower...
