I found an issue with the tower-down cover for my 2021 G23. Anyone else with a 2021 G23 with a tower-down cover run into this?
I just installed my bimini top the other day, and found that it blocks the rear support pole from being inserted into the cover when the tower is down and the bimini top is folded down into the boat.
It seems that when the bimini top is folded down into the boat when the tower folds, the support pole location on the rear section of the cover is way too far back, and the bimini top blocks the support pole from being able to be installed. This makes it so that the cover is quite loose over the rear of the boat, and certainly wouldn’t be able to be towed without causing damage. I also suspect that water will pool there and drain into the boat through the support pole vent.
