Any chance of glass damage?

Any chance of hitting glass if I mount the bimini to this part of the frame? Cannot tell how far the glass goes in.

If I remember right, the glass goes in the frame about half way.. I would, imo, select another location.

Pull the frame apart and see. It is only one screw, and you can pull that section apart.

Checked it this evening and I have room to the glass. Bad thing is that with the angle of the windshield the bimini would not go down easily which would be frustrating since I cover every time.

Going to mount it right behind the windshield frame on the deck.
