Cover and Bimini Question

I'm considering purchasing a 2020 Nautique 210 with the factory Bimini. It will live on my lift at my home that has a canopy. Will the standard Nautique Cover work with the tower folded with the Bimini still installed? Or would I have to purchase a custom over the tower Cover? Thanks for your help.

Depends on the cover. There were two versions of the factory cover in 2020. One is for tower-up and one is for tower-down. To cover it with the tower down, you'd likely have to remove the bimini.

I have a 2014 210 with a tower town cover and the Bimini can stay on, It folds over the windshield and my boat came with a support pole for the Bimini when it’s in the bow. Not sure if things changes with this in 2020.

I have a 2014 210 with a tower town cover and the Bimini can stay on, It folds over the windshield and my boat came with a support pole for the Bimini when it’s in the bow. Not sure if things changes with this in 2020.

Do you have pictures of how the Bimini support pole straps in? I don’t have one and diy’d a solution. Any help on making it better to keep the Bimini off the glass would be appreciated.

I’ll get a better picture for you but there is a notch in the Bimini material at the very front exposing the metal frame and the support pole clips or snaps over the metal frame. You could definitely make one. Try and picture a PVC tee fitting with a slot cut out of the top for the frame to fit into, make it the correct length with a foot and done.

Thanks. It looks like you just used the pole from the front cover pole and took it out of the plastic black basket. True?

No, the support pole actually comes with the boat from factory. Nothing on mine was modified.
