    2019 G23 flapping bimini

Hey Folks, my buddy just bought a new to him 2019 G23 with the power assist tower. When at speed, the very rear end of the Bimini right dead center flaps against the tower. So loud that it sounds like a lawn mower. Also noticed that directly beneath, where the flapping happens, the aluminum bar seems oddly bent… Any thoughts what’s causing the flap/slap as well as if the bar shouldn’t be bent that way? Trying to upload a video as well, but file size too large. Here’s another pic - red circle is where the flapping happens, then the bar beneath it… Click image for larger version

Am I not thinking this correctly. That bar should be above the head bumper cushion, not below it..?
That Bimini tube is tweaked Bro.
Aren't there allen head set screws holding that in place, it looks like that tube needs to be rotated above the cushion.

Those allen head set screws on the bimini loosen quite often. I have tightened my many times over the years.

Funny you say that GMLIII. I just tightened a few of mine a couple of weeks ago on the fly, when it took me freakin' 10 minutes to put the top down in a 100 degree sweat . Might be time to bust out some loctite, but ain't got time time for that, lol. On the Winter list...

After looking at the pictures again if I was a betting man, I believe the prior owner had this boat in his lift and he raised it too high in the lift causing the lift cable pipe to hit and crush down the bimini support bar as shown.
