Consider Brent Fleming at coversports international. Beautiful custom covers. Be forewarned there are some challenges in working with Brent.... there's a whole thread on working with him....read first.
I have one of his covers and it's great!

I've tried twice over the last 8 years to work with coversports as people seem to love the covers but the difficult/lack of communication did not work for me.
I went through Nautique Parts. A cover for my 2007 SV211 was not specifically listed as available but via prompt and accurate email communication with them they confirmed that they could get me a factory cover that would work. Arrived a few months ago and fits perfect with tight cinch strap. I did have to get the cleat cutouts done locally and I do wish it had a sock in the back to hold a pole but I'll make something work for that.

We had a local canvas shop make one for our 2004 210. It went down to the waterline and had a cinch cord. It was made of top gun material
