anyone ride or know much about a liquid frc. shane brd?

just got it tonight and unwrapped it. any of you try it with out the side fins in?whadathink?..anyways going out tommorow in a friends brand new moomba with my brand new board,can't wait.he's excited,i'm excited..to bad its about different things :mrgreen: although i am curious to be in a true wakeboard boat.never been in a v-drive.still kickin' it old school in my dd and friends "2001" dd's

i love this board and the shane boots... great feeling setup.
one complaint i have tho is weight feels kinda heavy???

do you guys ride with or without the fins?

Ride with the cupped side fins. Gives the board great hold when your edging but when u have the board flat its real loose and skatey. My brother has the same set-up shane boards and shane bindings and its kinda heavy but with the huge flat spot the board has it pops so well it, the little extra weight isn't even noticeable.

i put a pair of cwb hinge bindings on it and love it.my friend with the moomba actually bought the exact same board after riding mine but he put a pair of l.f. bindings on it. i was surprised how much heavier his brd is compared to mine.either way can't go wrong with this brd i'd say.
