    New Ski

I'm just getting back into skiing. I skied a lot when I was a kid I'm 33 now. I bought a new boat a year ago and have been wakeboarding. I used to love skiing and want to try it again. I've been looking at the HO Magnum. I was wonder what everyone thought of that ski. It seemed to be a good intermediate ski. Any thoughts would be helpful.

    Thanks

Not familiar with the HO Magnum. Several of my friends are getting back into slalom skiing after being away for many years. The new widebody slalom's that most of the manufactures are making now do the trick. Much easier to get up on and they all seem to enjoy them alot more than the narrow high end skis.

My friend has a Magnum. I've skied on it a few times. It's real easy to get up on but is not nearly as aggressive as my CDX-1. I like the acceleration of my CDX-1 better, but I guess it depends on what you want. I would agree that it is a good intermediate level ski.

Get a CR7 off Ski-it-agian or look at the demos on the D3 web site. Try the D3 tightline.
If you buy new and are looking intermediate level, Try Wileys. Good prices and great bindings come with them.
