Wasn't sure where to post this but I am a current part owner of Skyview Lake (Iredell county NC) which is one of the best ski lakes in the country and has hosted numerous professional and big dawg tournaments ...
Ownership includes deed to 100 acres (ski lake is 30 acres --which is big enough to wakeboard as well) , a new nautique 196. Ownership allows all members of the immediate family to use the lake whenever and as often as they like.

I've been a member for 4 years and can only remember a few times the like was not skiable --most of the time it's glass.
If your a hardcore skier --or want to be--this is the ideal situation ...great members and they can and will help you get better.
