Well if your young like me, the best warm wear is a few hot babes on the boat, a beer ready and the music pumping. Adrenalin is a wonderful thing but if that all fails - the nautique heater option is a great addition (LOL!).
Seriously though i found that all my father of 50 and I need are simple neoprene tops, a pair of full finger gloves and a great shove into the water as you attempt to get to your board.
Don't go out and spend crazy money though, I don't know about everyone else but the drysuits are a bit restrictive to me for wakeboarding but awesome for barefooting, but if you want full body wear,any wetsuit of good quality will do. But i'm all for the oneill neoprene tops.
