Hello,
I attached a picture of a boat with these racks on the FCT gen2 tower. nautiqueparts.com has these racks and I wanted to purchase a pair for my new boat. I just got a 2001 SAN, but it has a New Dimensions Tower on it. The factory FCT gen2 has diameter of 1 7/8", but the New Dimensions Tower has 2" diameter. Wes told me that if my tower diameter was not exactly 1 7/8" that these would not work on my tower.
My question is does anybody think that I could buy the racks that are made for the newer boat's towers (2007 - presnt) with a bigger diameter than 2" and use some sort of rubber insert to take up the gap?
