What size boat board to add

I'm going to add a board to my collection. Mainly for guest teens and smaller adults. I have a 144 already for us BIG guys.

I also have the small stuff for kids (e.g. less than 130) What would be a good size for versatility for 100 to 180 lb guests. I won't state my ideas so as not to influence answers.

135? seems to be in the middle. I don't worry too much about the non-wakeboarders. you would then have -130, 135 and 144

A 135-139 would be perfect. Add some nice adjustable bindings and you're good to go.

A board slightly too big will make it easy for beginners to get up.
The adjustable bindings are a good thing, also.

Pretty much any open toe binding will be adjustable. Obrien's kick bindings are size 7-13 for instance. I know Hyperlite, CWB, etc all have adjustable bindings. typically a "lower" end board will come with adjustable bindings. I'm looking at an Obrien Ace which has the kick bindings. I'm going this route to enable not only myself, but most of my older family members and friends to ride my board (and I'm getting back into wakeboarding after a 4 year absence so I don't want to spend a fortune on a new board for now). I've got an older CWB that just doesn't fit my stupid wide / long feet anymore, but will fit someone size 7-10 (or 11). What is most likely is that I'll have friends ride the CWB (which is a good learning board) and they won't touch my stuff.

Okay...maybe I'm an idiot (probably not) or just expecting something more creative than just adjustable laces in a binding with a "range" of foot sizes.

We now have a collection of adjustable bindings. Missing one size range (probably the one I'll need tomorrow morning)

I was thinking there might be something out there like the roller blades that have a slide mechanism to give a true three or four size adjustment.

In the words of Roseanne Roseannadanna ...."never mind"

Not that I've ever seen. I guess the only true adjustable bindings would be the early strap and heal bungee things like the ones shown here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OBrien-Shred...d#ht_500wt_715
