Surf board recs for a 230 will have some additional ballast soon

    Hey all,
Just picked up our new to us 230 and haven't even had a chance to get out and play yet! I want to get a new surf board for this boat, and was wondering what you with the late model 210/220/230 are using for a "slaysh" type of board, ie. not a skim board. I let my Inland Surfer Red go with my old boat because that board is great behind that size wave (99 Pro Air with extra ballast), but I know from first hand experience behind a 220, the surf wake is a different animal!

We're headed to Orlando this week for spring break, and I figured I would have a great selection to choose from down there, locally our shops are only ok.

    thanks,

I like the Inland Surfer line and have gone from the Blue Lake Quad to the Swallow V2 Quad -- which was not a severe change but was just right. As I improve I would Like to try the Sweet Spot which is probably even more of a slaysh type. Pal has the Black Pearl Yellow, but that is a skim.

We have a 2007 210 SANTE and I surf with the Inland surfer sweet spot. I fill up belly, starboard side rear and two 250lb fat sacs and its great! I can surf about 10' to 12' feet behind boat if i want or ride up close. Its a nice wake and much larger than my 2003 SANTE. I like the sweet spot board as its easy to use and very buoyant

I can imagine the 230 will only make longer and larger than mine which would be great

I thought that company was kaput! What was the name of your white board that was so much fun? Riding tomorrow @ TBS, expect to get my @$$ kicked!
