Depends what style you are looking for. Cant really go wrong with any board, mostly its the rider, but surf or skim, then rider weight, then ability and size of boat surf wave, and I can help you choose
I'm looking for some guidance on wake surf boards. Ideally I'd like to find a board that works for both my wife and I. Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible. She's 4'11" 100lbs and I'm 6'1" 180lbs. We're both looking for a surf style board vs a skim style board. I also want to have a board that doesn't fall apart easily like most I've heard of. I was looking at the Shred Stixx Nano (for her) and Thresher (for myself) but was wondering if you would recommend going a different route and why? Also, do your Shred Stixx boards come with the stomp pads (they aren't in the pics on the site)? We'd be riding behind a 2012 230 with stock ballast plus the occasional peeps.

The shred stixx do come with traction, Agenda is a new company that is going to be offering some traction pads, but you can really use anything that has a self adhesive.
1 board for you and your wife might be possible but you will end up with a cheaper board. I would recommend a skim style for the wife cause she is lighter and fins can sometimes give beginners a hard time if they weight to little.
I'm going to be getting the new Inland surfer flyboy big boy board.
Ended up picking up a Nano and Thresher at the boat show this past weekend so I guess I'll find out in a few months if I like them or not (when it's warm enough!).
