Is this guy Brent still in business? If so anyone know how to get in touch with them? I had a number but it is not in service. If they aren't around who has the best cover around? I would like one with no poles and easy to put on. It will be primarily used while boat is on boat lift which doesn't have a roof or canopy over it. I have a 2003 Super Air. Thanks!!

In my opinion, a website is far down on the list of what they need -- I'd first suggest they learn how to communicate a whole lot better with the customer. I will NEVER order another cover from that place.__________________________________________________

CCS how did the cover turn out? I'm having one made right now. I understand your frustration regarding communication. But I have seen other covers, even some that claim to be as nice as Coversports, and they all fall short. To me it is well worth the wait. I also know that I'm not dealing with a big business here, it's basically a two man operation and they work the orders as fast as they can. I have talked with them a couple times since I ordered it, I even asked Coversports why they don't expand so they can build faster. The answer I got was they don't want the quality to suffer. After having one made for my 2001 SAN 210, it's the only cover I will ever use on my Nautique. Maybe the website could be developed to track a person's order, and display a progress bar? Kind of like Dominos pizza, for the customers that get really excited or nervous about their delivery?2008 Super Air 230 ZR6

My CS covers have been awesome. Completely worth the wait. I used to have Brent's phone number, which was much more useful than trying to communicate via his emal. I have confidence that Eric will help him out on the customer service side of the business.'08 196LE (previous)

Has anyone ordered a cover from Cover Sports recently and paid through Paypal? I submitted a payment last week, and when I looked at my Amex account this morning the information associated with the paypal transaction generally did not match any information for Cover Sports. I'm worried now that it might be a fraudulent charge . . .

Web site is close guys...
I hope to help Brent manage all the Tracking and communication through the website as well. He is a bit technical challenged, but a great guy to work with and knows his covers. The Paypal account is his. Let me know if there are any issues with it.
