Another board rack thread. Monster or New Dimensions

I will be in the market soon for some board racks to put on my tower and need advise. I have to fold the tower down every time I take the boat out and already have 6 speakers mounted there so weight is an issue. I'm open to all suggestions but as of right now I have it narrowed down to either New Dimensions forks or Monster Tower quick release racks. Any experience with either of these? The New Dim. forks seem pullet proof but is this style any good? Thanks!

+1 for nd. I had a custom tower built for my 2005 196. just sold the boat, but only for more room. Wayne is great. its worth the drive.

I had a monster set up on a the old ride. I thought the racks were sturdy and well constructed at the time. I believe they had bling factor as well + it was all had at a fraction of the cost. For racks alone, I wouldn't be afraid of monster products. I have no experience with ND products.

+1 on the monster racks. I put a monster tower, racks, and speakers on my '83 2001. Just upgraded to a '94 sport with ND tower. I am moving my racks over. The quick release function is nice, and they have worked flawlessly for me since 2005 or so.

I have used the Monsters from time to time, no NDT experience, although I had one of their towers. The Monster's "shims" can sometimes pinch the powdercoat and will pull it off.
For the $$, I would rather get the Nautique spinner racks from Nautiqueparts.com, same price, and much better quality, plus you can spin them in while trailering or storing the boat.
