swivel board rack on SAN 230 (2008)

I bought a used 2008 SAN 230 with a tower in 2.25'' tube and the swivel board rack are not vertical as you can see in this picture

Do you know the problem?
Can i buy only the good arms to change the triangulation and where?

I have the same boat/tower, and you're right, the top arm is too long. It's probably a rack setup from another tower.
The company that supplied those to CC was purchased by Malibu, and some of the ex-employees have started Staronewake.com, and they might have some of the leftover parts for those racks.
I would also check with David @ Nautiqueparts.com (site sponsor), and if he can't help, you'll need to disassemble the arms and machine the top arm a little bit shorter to get the spinner axis vertical...I've looked at these racks and the arms are bolted into the clamps and the spinner axle...

Worst case if you don't find anything Roswell might be modifying their existing swivels to make it easier for us to adapt their product to the FCT style towers. Thats probably months down the road though.

I'm afraid to machine the arms because the screw in the arms is perpendicularity/tube tower and after change the angle the head screw will not fit in the space between the tube and the bracelet...

In one side the swivel system has some loose and does not hang well
do you know how limited the loose?

They definitely look like the Titan spinner racks...and, as Miljack mentioned, Titan is gone. Starone / Menace provided some support for a while, but that was all good will and I don't know if they're around any more. I wouldn't bother machining...I think you'll run into other alignment problems that you've already started to identify. I'd just start over and find a mount that fits that tower. You can probably sell your current racks to help pay for new ones.

When you say the swivel system is loose, do you mean it sometimes swivels on its own (e.g. in rough water) when you haven't pushed the button to release it? I had a similar problem with mine. Starone replaced some parts and it still was a problem...they ended up replacing the entire swivel portion of the rack. Given that they had problems fixing it, I think that can be a difficult issue.

If it's just that it moves/rocks a little when locked in place, I don't think there's an adjustment for that. The swivel is held in place by a large pin that sits in a groove inside the swivel mechanism.
