Picking up my 2013 F150 FX4 Ecoboost tomorrow. Pics to follow.

So I weighed the debate and ended up going with the ecoboost demo truck but used up some of the savings adding extended warranty. It seems opinions are almost 50/50 on the net with love/hate ecoboost and with that I figured if this thing could possibly fail it better be someone else's wallet paying for repairs. So I got it warrantied bumper to bumper for 200,000 km.

So that takes care of the peace of mind end of it so I can just be excited for the new rig. Can't wait.

Enjoy, a co-worker of mine has one and he really likes it. He was in a Tahoe before, and surprisingly he said the fuel economy is very similar.

Your going to love your new Ford. I have a 04 with the 5.4 and my room mate has the ecobost. He can out run me, and out tow me all while getting better gas milage.

know the feeling. Sod and Nauti are my ski pals and are killing me in gas mileage (mine's a '05)

I need you to take the full rig pic, SkiT! Yes, I also think you'll be really happy with it. I've been trying to see how good of mpg I can get, but it's really hard to keep my foot off the gas. BTW I towed my boat the other night and it tows a lot better than my '08 Sierra did....no surprise there really.
