New wake surf board - any suggestions?

Looking to buy my first wake surf board. I'm 240 and 6'6". Looked at the phase 5 trident however we have no demo programs here and I really don't want to drop that kind of money and find out I hate the board.

Any suggestions out there? Keep in mind I have never wake surfed but ski competitively.

Are you going to surf behind the 200v?

Check out the board selector on the Inland Surfer web site. I am thinking the Red Woody, the Blue Lake or the Swallow would be good for starters.

Picked up volt by byerly from Scheels in Appleton. They have a 90 day return policy if it doesn't work out or don't like the product. Unfortunately, we flew back to kingdom before I could take it back. I not expert or have anything to compare it to, however it i will say IMO it earned the crappy reviews I read. On the bright side, seemed well made and was reasonable at 300 bucks.
