    Ronix Duke Surfer

I posted this in the gear section too but I was curious what a used Ronix Duke surfer might be going for? I decided to sell my inland surfer and go with the duke. I was told this board is better behind my 83 SN since it doesn't put out a huge wake. My inland has ton of drag so there's no surfing without a rope. My wife was trying to learn to surf and was struggling with the inland trying to ride it. I was reading about the Duke and it seems to be a better fit behind a older boat. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

I haven't seen any used ones for sale but I would guess around $300 if you could find one since the MSRP is $600. You can get last years models for about $400 on Evo if you catch it during a sale. They are running 20% off closeouts right now. Let me know if you want me to PM you the discount code.

I had the same problem with my old boat. I bought the shorter duke and it did well to cruise behind a small wave even with me at 185 lbs

The Duke is a great cruiser board. You're not going to do much carving on it, but it is fun. My friend has one, and I ride it when I surf with my 2 year old son. It is very stable.

Thanks I heard great things about them with small wakes and surfing with no rope. We're just looking for a fun board to cruise and ride. I think I located a brand-new left over......
