    Roswell board racks

Does anyone know if the roswell surf racks will hold an inland surfer red rocket or blue lake board? The specs on the board say it is 1.75 tall and with that number it should fit in the stock racks....but it doesn't. The roswell racks are supposed to be 2.5"

I ended up with the Samson racks ordered today. I got the new 2015 model for next year. He happened to have a set so I will post up pictures and a review of them for anyone that is interested.

I would be interested. Are you replacing the stock racks or adding another set of racks?

I am replacing the stock racks. None of my surf boards fit in there so they are of no real use to me. l

I would be interested in seeing your set up as well... I left a message for Samson the other day but I have not heard back... what boat do you have? If you have pics that would be cool to see. That is one thing that is a miss for me on the new 14 G23... the racks won't hold most of my surf style boards... I am getting 3 surf pockets sewn into the factory bimini on top... but I would like to still use my racks... I also called PTM Edge who supply Malibu and Tige clamp racks but they are exclusive with them...

I will post pictures on Thursday when I get them. I ended up going with surf/surf style so both spots are big. I dealt with Scott, who is the owner I believe. He never stated that but he just seemed to emply that. He was great and very knowledgeable. I saw the Roswell racks in person and it wasn't something I would spend money on. I am sure a lot of people like them though. If you want to pm me I can give you Scott's direct email and he can get you taken care of.

Can you post some pictures of the surf pockets when you get them back? I thought about this but I am not convinced the bimini was sturdy enough to do this. I hope it is.

UofM...would love to see the installed pics when you have them in.

St68- which vendor is doing your surf pockets? You have a G23 right?

if yours come out good I might reach out to them and send them my Bimini fabric via mail to get mine done. What price??

I will post pics and give feedback of the overall feel of the surf pockets... I had them on my previous boat and liked them a lot... nice to have the board with fins on them to grab during sets... I am using a local canvas shop... should be about $300 to $400, maybe less than that... will know for sure once done. Hoping they get to it today but might be in a couple of weeks. Also, sorry to be off topic on the Roswell board rack thread
