I have a 2000 Pro Air, and I would like to make my wake bigger! It has 2 hard tanks in the rear, though I'm not sure how big. I was looking at putting a 600 lbs sac in the hull and 250 in the rear. Anyone have a better idea? What kind of setups are everyone else using? And I was thinking about getting a surf board, would I need more sacs, or just move them all to one side?

we are having the same "discussions" about weight in our '01 Air Nautique! At present we run standard 400lb in rear tanks, boats converted to LPG so 90ltr gas tank on top of the standard hard tanks. petrol tank converted to ballast 250lb, 200lb in centre ski locker, two 45lb blocks of lead used to balance wake, and then either one 370lb fatsac between engine and rear seat or two370lb fatsacs either side of engine. Normally about 1200lbs. I'm constantly coming under pressure to run more weight to increase our wake size after we borrowed an '05 SANTE for an early morning set! Kinda spoilt us! For surfing we run the same weight but the fatsac over the rear seat/ hatch. I'd be interested to hear what weight others run.

Your setup sounds like what I had in mind. But I would still love to hear what other people's setups are like.

no, we're in the uk and talk funny over here! boat is converted to run on LPG do you guys call that Propane? i'm not sure! we have a 90ltr cylindrical pressurised tank in our rear storage. the standard petrol tank was redundant Gas tank? I converted this to fill with water in tandem with the standard hard tanks in the rear.
