So I just bought a 1999 pro air nautique. While I was wiring the amp the other day I found the master module behind the dash and the servo motor is still on the motor, but there is no paddle wheel on the back, so if I were to to get the GPS receiver and display it should work right?

I just installed a Star Gazer multi line. Before it has a single line display with paddle wheel. I got a new master module that you could plug the GPS puk into. So I would think your master module needs to be GPS acceptable. Search Perfect Pass Star Gazer they have lots of info there and you can call them to ask questions they are very good to help you out.RON

A 99 would be spliced I to the air glides pitots. Look at the master.module and see if it says pro and not digital pro. Digital pro is paddlewheel and pro is pitot. My guess is if its original you have the pro that has the 2 inputs on the side that say Speedo for the pitot tubes. Either way it needs stargazer or ZO to do GPS.

Our paddle wheel is underneath the boat on our 2001 SAN so maybe look for it under the hull near the fins if you have them. About somewhere below driver or screen area but on the hull is where ours is.
As a side note, ours died and we just replaced the module and dial and it all worked perfectly.
Gary at PP is a great guy and will help if you email them after calling. He kept us sweet by checking things before he sent stuff from Canada to the UK.
Cheers
