Looking for a kids starter slalom ski...recommendations or buy yours

For 7 to 9 year olds, weight about 50 to 70 lbs. Starter ski. Any suggestions or maybe you have one? Poking around on ski it again...not seeing too much.

I have a 2004-05 or so Connely wide body ski. I think a 67". If you pay for shipping, you can have it. I live in VA 22408.

Thanks for the cool offer! Isn't 67 a little big for kids? I get that a bigger ski get's up faster but wondering if this is a bit too big????

Obrien allegiant or jr siege in 61" or 62" is a good jr ski. Also the 63" Radar total Awesomeness is another good option. D3 also makes a quality JR ski.

My son did very well on an O'Brien Jr. Siege. He was able to get into 30 mph in the course and qualify for Nationals on it. Overton's sells them with bindings for $250. You likely should make sure the back strap is close to the rear boot. We moved his blackstrap forward and filled the old holes with epoxy. The foot pad will peel and stick to the new location. It is a 10 min job.

            Ski-it-again has a few 59" under http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skii...egory=Jr_Equip

Good size chart for round numbers. Of course always check the manufactures recommendations.
