    DIY Binding Lube Dispenser

Hey - I'm rigging up my own little binding lube dispener similar to the very simple newt juice dispenser for my air. Does anyone know the best local place to get trigger sprayer that allows you to attach a long clear hose?

I'm guessing the hardware store and some sort of pesticide or cleaner sprayer....I know I could pay the $20 for the one online....but man that thing couldn't be more than $5 in parts.

    RE: DIY Binding Lube Dispenser

I made one a few years ago out of a garden sprayer. I took it one step further and put a car tire fille adapter, shraeder valve on it, so that I could use my air compressor to put some pressure it in. It held up fine because it was a fairly thick walled jug in the first place. The problem is the wand, the wands that come with the sprayers are typically long to keep the hands away from the chemicals being dispensed. As for the tubing, I just bought a doubled ended hose barb and cut the sprayer tubing in the middle so, that the ends stayed the same for air tightness and then extended the tubing whatever length I needed. Worked pretty good until somebody put the wand down in the boat and the trigger was pressed so, I had about a gallon of soapy water on the boat carpet that took forever to hose off.
