foot V drive. I don't believe they even called them Super Air Nautiques
until 99 or 2000.
I think what you have is a 1997 Ski Nautique (SN) but not sure.
As for the water ski, I'd talk to the guys at your local ski shop and
try to demo a ski. I've found that my local shop has never tried to oversell me when it comes to a whater ski. They also offer to exchange the ski for anything else if I ski it and don't like it. I have been told that the guys at Wiley's also do an excellent job over phone, and have some great deals, but I've never used them.
You can find someoe who loves almost every kind of ski out there.
You just need to try some on, and ski them till you find the ski you love.
That said, I like HO bindings. Ski is less important to me. I've had HOs,
Connelys, and KDs.

I just got a Carbonworx custom Outlaw 68.5" This is without a doubt the best ski I have ever skied on. www.carbonworx.com These are the graphics I found on the internet. Boyd Wilkinson the owner can customize your new ski exactly how you want~!

If you have money to spend I would try an HO Monza. Easy and fast like **** ski ($ 1000). If you don't want to spend that amount of money I would buy a 2002 HO CDX. You can find it new at willeys (www.wileyski.com) for $350 + bindings. Maybe you can find a used CDX cheaper. Try www.ski-it-again.com.
I went from a VTX to a CDX and now I'm on a Monza.
