Any experience on the Hyperlite Premier 136?

I am an intermediate rider and I currenlty have a LF 137 that is about 6 years old. I am looking to upgrade, I am 5'5" 145lbs and ride behind a 210 with 1000lbs ballast. I haven't had a chance to demo one, but have heard good things about this board. Any info would be great!

No experience with that board but I am 5'9" 160 and just rode an 03 belmont 135 and it was nice. Also rode the 138 temmet I think that is how you spell it. Heard lots of good thing about liquid force so I tried the Omega I that is the board I bought. I can do only one invert. I do throw lots of 360's and switch 180's working on the switch 360 also heelside 540 and this board made most of these trick effortless expect the 540 still having trouble. Just my two cents but I am no expert. HAve fun trying boards.

I ride the Premier 141, I'm 6'1 175 lbs. I like the board a lot, although I do think that I am going to switch over to a LF Substance or a GB Gonzalez next year. It is a very popular board and a lot of people like it. I would definitely demo it and a few others first though.
Ummm, I\'ll take the REAL 210 please. Thanks.

The Premiere is a great board. I haven’t ridden a Liquid Force so I can’t really compare the two for you. The Premiere gives you a ton of pop and buck off the wake. Feels really explosive behind a weighted SAN. The board breaks loose fairly easily when you want it to. The board is quick and responsive and tracks really well if you put it on rails. The board is a little stiffer than some of the other Hyperlite models, like the Temet. Quite a bit more forgiving than the Parks.

I would highly recommend you demo any board before purchase as differences for your riding style can be night and day. I ride a Temet, because it suits me a little better. But the Premiere is a close 2nd. The boards have a considerably different feel, but the Premiere is great when you want to get launched off the wake.
