Does anyone else out there have a Hewitt 24V Hydraulic boat lift. Along with my new boat, I also bought a new hydraulic boat lift. I don't think the batteries are hooked up right from the installation I paid for. I called Hewitt directly and they were less then helpful. Not sure how you can sell a product that you can't even explain how it works, but that is for a different post. My really question is that I get 24V out of my light connection that will not work with the LED canopy lights that I have. The explanation I could not get from Hewitt was even if the pump motor is hooked up to 24V, should the "brain box" be hooked up the 12 volts or 24 volts. If someone has one of these and can send me a picture of the hook up to battery to the "brain box" I would sure appreciate. The assembly directions that came with the system and are online are not very helpful. All of my local friends with one of these systems has a 12v system.
