I was told by another DIY guy, that the force is minimal due to its more of a continuation of the hull (slightly pitched) vs. NSS which is perpendicular.
I've also been paying close attention to the "wake surf shaper"... I really like the design, lack of permanence, and putting force on the hull instead of the platform/corner/etc - I actually think we could get a scale in between the wedge and the hull to measure the true force at 12mph and use that as a baseline.
