Board racks for FCT2 wanted. What do you have for sale / where to buy them new?

I'm looking to buy some wakeboard rack for my new-to-me 1999 Sport Nautique. It has the factory FCT2 folding tower in black. If you're selling used ones, let me know. If you know where to get new ones that aren't going to break the bank .. also, let me know.

Actually you have a 2nd Generation FCT1. For reference your tube diameter is 1 7/8" if you are considering racks that clamp onto the tower tubes. There are also racks that bolt onto the horizontal piece that has the "Flight Control Tower" decal. Here is a picture of mine.

For what it is worth, after using these things for two years I'd recommend going to a spinner rack if you can find some that are reasonably priced. I've seen some original spinner rack for sale on this site in the past. Every now and then they show up. You just need to make sure they will fit your 1 7/8" tubes. While these fixed racks are serviceable, getting a board off the starboard rack is kind of a pain. You end up having step on the driver's seat and wrestle it off. The port side is a piece of cake.

Awesome! Thanks for the detailed info. ^^^ Do these type of racks come up for sale more often? I think I could deal with the "inconvenience".

I should clarify - for me it's a pain on the starboard side due to the fact I have a jump seat behind the driver's seat for additional passengers. Without the jump seat it's easy to get the board on and off the rack.

I love the look of the flight clips that go on the horizontal bars but always kind of hated the functionality of them. As mentioned above they can be tough to get boards in and out. Also some closed toe bindings won't fit very well on the inboard tines and they seem to dump water on passengers/driver when they are wet. I went with traditional racks. I would have loved spinners but couldn't find any I liked at a price I wanted to pay. I have the Krypt quick release ones so that I can quickly remove them to fit in my garage and or/raft up with another boat. I have a standard two board rack on one side and the 3 up with a surf slot on the other. I have been using these for 2 years now and they still look and function like new.

I just bought some "Reboard brand" racks off ebay. Seem to work well. I got a pair of them for 229.00. They were out of stock with the ones I wanted so they upgraded them to the 269.00 set. 1 side is 2 wakeboards and the other is a kneeboard and wakeboards. They offer some kind of warranty too.
