Does the plate not have a quick disconnect or hinge to fold it flat for storage?

No, it doesn't fold flat. It's super small though.

Has anyone tried one of these at wakeboard speeds? Just curious if it stays on and has any effect on the wake size or shape.

I have not, but I don't think it would stay on. It stays on fine at surf speeds, but even then, you have to push pretty hard to get all the air out for a successful stick. Otherwise it falls off.

Thanks for posting this info. Anyone use on a weighted DD Air Nautique? What board do you have? Why did you like it vs. others? Appreciate your feedback!

Just thought I would mention something else I discovered using the suction cups. The delta easily sticks to my gel coat, but we tried it out on my friend's boat that has quite a bit of oxidization in his gel coat. It took a lot of sweat to push the sucker on hard enough before flipping the levers over to get good enough suction to stay on when under way. After I went back to my boat, I was shocked at how much of a difference the condition of the gel coat made. Even sitting still, it would slide around on his boat. Bottom line, take care of your boat, even just the back 3-4 feet, and you will get a MUCH better hold with the delta.

Throws a big rooster tail off the side. At wake board speeds it would eventually come off and probably get thrown into the back of the boat and probably hit someone.

I have one for my 200v, and it has changed the surf experience for us.... Best $500 I've spent on the boat. The 200v has to be slammed to get a great wake, now I just evenly load up the back, belly and one ballast bag in the walkthrough. Just follow their suggestions on how to mount and use the delta, a couple of iterations and you are in business. And no, don't run it at wakeboard speeds. Love it.

                        Hey Gang,

I just got out for the first time with the Mission and I must say I am impressed. I am riding a 2010 SANTE 230, I am still riding with my old setup which has (2) 1100's in the back lockers, the 650 bow sac and my stock bow tank (I also have a 400 on the port but didn't use it in this test). I was riding with 2 people in the boat and a rider that was about 200 and a rider that was about 230. I placed my Mission on at water level once I was loaded and weighted the boat evenly (which is awesome to have a drive-able boat while surfing). Getting out on the wake I still had the height due to the 1100's being loaded. I started with about 1/2 the sac's full in the back and didn't notice much difference when filled fully. The surf had a TON of push, reminded me of the G23 with NSS and or a nice weighted Centurion Enzo. For a bigger guy (politely putting I am too heavy ) I had a great deal of push, nearly had to hit the breaks once I got into the wave. No work really needed. I rode about 10.5-11 depending on direction in the river.

Overall I am impressed, its an easy way to gain back a drivable (not listing like **** ) boat and only having to spend 500 bucks vs 180K for a new G series. I would love to have the NSS but since its not on the 2010 this will have to do for a few more years. I attached a few pic's, they were as I was getting up to speed so they got taken at about 10.3 due to a friend not understanding what I wanted. The wave roll cleared up and pushed back 15 or so feet.
