Looking for the 'optional stern seat' for a 211. Any ideas?

Have one made? I think Nautique Parts has the hardware you can get like brace on one side and foldable leg on the other

I've been considering modifying the one that's in my 211 to be a stadium style seat (like what's in the new G series..) I think I could get the bracket, and build a flip-up seat to go where this one lives currently, and it'd be pretty sweet...
