Update: I'm impressed! For the 210-owners out there; go ahead and get one!
Tried the Nauticurl again, now with bow ballast. Did all I hoped for (and kind of expected) and more!

Setup: 2x 540 in the rear, 675 + 2 batteries in the bow, 2 persons in the boat. Speed 11.5 mph (-ish..).
