Which surfboard is faster

I am looking to buy a new surf style board that i can carve and cut off the lip. Also 360s and airs. I am an intermediate rider. I would like to know between doomswell, p5 and soulcraft, and others, which is the fastest model on people's opinion. Nubstep, etc. Let me know what you think. 2014 210 with pro ballast and nss. I am looking for a board that can " catch up" with speed from back in the wave.

Puh... what a question :-)

Ich have a Phase 5 Wire (2015) and the board is fast - i have managed to make some 360 last year (after countless tries), and i think its great for airs, but i'm a beginner and don't have a big experience from a lot of different boards. And some of them change every year in shape.

I can't help with comparisons but I love my sweet spot. It's pretty fast.

Last year I rode almost every IS board, the Doomswell Nubstep, and countless others boards. I finally settled on Soulcraft boards, and I am not looking back. As far as models, I have the Super AV, The HC Pro, and the secret weapon, and, as far as speed goes, they are all pretty fast, but it totally depends on fin placement. I ride with just two fins, as I get plenty of push with that setup, and I feel a lot less "locked" in, but if you really want speed, put twinzers in, and you will have all the speed you want, no doubt about it. I absolutely love Soulcraft boards.

I have a Phase 5 Model X and the a Hammerhead. I love both boards and will stick with Phase 5. It may not matter to you but a lot of the Doomswell boards are very thick.

SoulCraft fan here....they are made about 5miles from my house...right next to other OceanBoard shapers...Jeff answers the phone, takes your Order, and builds your board.
You pay a lot and you get what you pay for..

i would love to try some Soulcraft, but you can't get them here in Europe. Next Board i will try is the Phase 5 AHI.
