    Wakeboard with fins removed

I don't really ride hard on my board any longer. I've started enjoying surface tricks using my skimboard. Not a big fan of wakeskating, I'm looking for a board that I can ride finless and still edge when needed. Remember the Hyperlite Roam models 10 years ago?

Anyone have recommendations for newer model boards that have the holes for fins, but is decent for surface stuff? I have no shops near by for test rides, so it is based off feedback or a guess. My wife rides the board we have now, so I'm not interested in tweaking our current setup.

I ride a faction with the smaller 3/4" fins. It is good for surface tricks.

Slingshot response. Featureless bottom, small fins if you want them. It's light and playful/slippery, I call it the banana peal.

Thanks guys. Now to see what I can find.

Any places that you know of that have used boards for sale?

I second the Slingshot choice, even the Lyman that I had (3d fins machined in the core) was loose and would spin easily. You can find them used on ebay, but also check out Evo and Blemboards
