    Tower for 94 sport

I'm looking for a tower for a 94 sport nautique. If someone has a used FCT tower that they would like to sell me that would be great. If that doesn't work out what other options do I have? I've looked at possibly a New Dimensions FCT clone but it's expensive $2000. Another tower I looked at was the Titan Series 1, the only thing with that tower is I would rather not have to mount the back legs far behind the ski pylon. It would make slalom skiing a little difficult. That tower is considerably less though $1200. Are there any other recomendations people have for a tower? Thanks for the help everyone.

Check out this thread for a few options. (http://www.planetnautique.com/index....ewtopic&t=1917) ProFlite obviously fits and looks nice, although the rear legs might be back a little further than you'd like. I really doubt it would hinder slalom, tho.

I highly recommend the NDT. We put one on our 1994 sport and It looks really good, and you know it will fit with out modifing anything. I got ours for 1700.00 because i asked for it not to be polished or powdercoated. If you have any other questions about the tower or want any pics just ask.

        Drifter,
Did you mount the tower? I'm a little concerned about mounting a tower on the boat. I've talked to different tower manufactures who say you don't need to do any renforcing. I've also talked to Correct Craft dealers and they said that the boat wasn't made to put a tower on it. Did you do anything special? Also could you show me a pic of where you mounted the tower in the front? The back really doesn't worry me much it seems very solid. The front i'm not very sure about. Thanks

I took the boat boat down to wayne and he installed it. They reinforced it with a product called kitty hair and an aluminum backing plate. Iwill get a picture for you tonight when I get off work.
