Does anyone use this vest? If so do you like it? I just ordered one and when I got it I was a little concerned about the level of protection - it's pretty light. I'm going to go for some inverts and try to land my W2W 360s this weekend and wonder if I should stick with my old vest until I get it down to avoid some pain. Any thoughts?

RE: Anyone Use - JetPilot A-10 Comp Neo Vest
I have that jacket too, but recently stopped wearing it after I saw my buddy knock himself unconcious and start going underwith the A-10 jacket. Pretty **** scary and not worht the benefits of a light, unrestrictive jacket.
Just my two cents...

Seconded on that. I use the A10 vest but I am not impressed with the floating properties of the vest. It is unrestrictive, but not much more than the "Baller" which is almost the same thing as Jetpilots standard non USCG approved vest. "Stance Side Entry" I think is the one I had prior to the Valler and the A10. I may go back to it.
But - overall the vest does not float me very well. I am 5' 11" and 185lbs so I can float ok on my own but if I were a little bit more svelt, I would worry about this vest holding me up properly if I had my bell rung hard enough. It does however fit amazingly well and does not interfere with handle passes or anything - at all.

I think it will be great for slalom where "usually" my falls arent that severe - famous last words, I'm sure - but for wakeboarding I was concerned about not having enough padding for those knock your teeth out falls. It sounds like the fact that it does not float you very well are the main problems though. I'm only 155 lbs so maybe it will float me well enough. I'll give it a try and find out.....
