I have a 5 year old daughter that I want to get a board for. I see a few options but my issue is that she’s very girly, and most options tend to be more geared for boys. So any ideas on a small board that could possibly look more girly. Thanks!

The hyperlite gromcast is a great option. All of our girls have surfed it, and their friends... its been a go-to for us 5+ years running and not that expensive.

Here's my daughter 7 years ago with her first board, a Phase 5 scamp. She finished 2020 as the #1 World ranked amateur woman! It's a great board for kids and they have lots of colors for boys and girls. All the best!

i have phase 5 scamp that my kids have outgrown, so i will sell it. they used it a few times, mostly just to paddle around the marina.

We taught our kids on the Phase 5 scamp. Great board. They just came out with the Shrimp model that may be even better for really small kids:
