SIXAM 2.0

Hi

I am looking for a new waterski. Mostly I ride open water because in our area there’s no slalom course.
Right now I have a HO vengeance, I would like to get myself to a higher step.
Unfortunately we have to ski most of the time in rough water, that means it's just not perfect. What do you think about going with the sixam 2.0?
Usually I ride at 34mph and 15/22off

Any recommendations highly appreciated.

I personally wouldn't spend that kind of cash for something I'm only going to ride in open water. What's wrong with your Vengance?

My Sixam 1.0 is a great ski. All levels tend to jump on it and love it especially in adverse conditions. I used to carry a Goode and a HO Burner for smooth and rough water, now I just carry the Sixam. The 2.0 is wider, not a Mapple design like the 1.0/1.1, so I would recommend that you try before you buy.

Why not? Open water skiers like to rip it up too! I love my Mapple in open water, and it's great when I do get a chance on a course also.
