Hello, looking to replace my snap in carpet on my 2006 SV211 with SeaDek. I have seen an install of SeaDek with Nautique name/logo embedded. Any idea who sells these and any info on how hard the install is would be appreciated.

I went through this same exercise a year or so ago as carpet isn't even available any longer. I got ours through SC Wake (https://scwake.com/) and they had some pre-approved patterns with Nautique logos you can choose from. We went with a custom logo that SC Wake helped us design and got approved by Nautique. As far as installation is concerned the most difficult part for me was getting the old sano off the platform. Admittedly, installing the large center piece was intimidating but once you do a few of the smaller pieces you get the hang of it. Not a terrible job at all IMO if you're relatively handy.

Thank you so much. I have a quote request into them so will discuss it w/them. Sure appreciate the info. Did you go with the standard 6mm or any advantage to going with the thicker versions. I wondered about getting the old off the back. How did you get it off?

Removal was exactly as mentioned above. Heat and plastic pry tools I got at Home Depot. All of it came up pretty easy except the platform.
I did go with the standard 6mm material. I'm not sure what benefit would come with it being thicker.'08 Super Air Nautique 210

Man, I should have done that...looks great. We did Corinthian Marine carpets several years ago and they have held up well. They are easy to remove and clean and look better than the originals. The snaps are replaced with velcro pads which work pretty well until the deck gets wet and the adhesive doesn't stick. But I've only had that happen to a couple of the pads. The biggest problem is the dog hair......
But wow that SeaDek looks fantastic and likely low maintenance.

Updated my SV211 at the beginning of this year with original SeaDek (Offical European dealer is located in Germany), suuuuch a good decision! Went with Mocha over black, matched better with the wooden platform,
Install was OK, you need patience, time, a good beer (or two), scrub the deck good and clean with a good cleaner/acetone removing all dirt/oil or anything else.
I removed the drivers seat (also because I replaced the steering cable this year), I would recommend you remove the drivers seat and steering wheel, just makes it easier to install.
Then, when you start installing, the stuff sticks like ****, you can correct a bit if you make a mistake, but, like i said, when it sticks, IT STICKS!Last edited by NautiqueGermany; 10-11-2022, 05:02 PM.

Alright, I finally ordered a SeaDek kit to replace the sano crap on my platform and transom. I'm not looking forward to the removal process, but this should be a nice improvement!
NautiqueGermany I guess I need to buy that Chromax logo, now, too. Mine has seen better days, and that looks great!
