Has anyone skied the HO Truth? I'm considering one, haven't skiied regularly for a while, want to get back into it, would this ski be a good platform to venture into the course?
thanks,
Jack

The truth was not a great ski, it was supposed to be the next generation of the CDX. It isnt forgiving like the cdx was. HO has a many new skis out that are much improved over the truth, check them out. If your looking for a bargain, there were some cdx's available at Wileys, or D-3 has some demos' and last year models available at discounts.

I am going down to 66 Monza. I cant keep the weight on to stay at 175 in the summer.
Do not be afraid to ski on the F1. The thing is a great ski. I was able to ski on 1 in the spring, again in mid summer for 10 sets and also late fall for 2 sets. If I didnt love my Monza so much, I would be on an F1. You cant beat the price and quality.

Will ski anytime.

I knew you liked the F1 very much, that's why I asked you Yellow_Flash_Colorz:
But I'm very very happy whith my 66 Monza too and here is difficult to try new skis...
I finally moved to a new ski summer before last. Went with a 68"F1. What a great ski. I know a few people that ski on a CDX and went to the truth. They were diappointed with thte performance and went back to the CDX. I heard a rumor HO was bringing it back. I would try a lot of demos before picking one especially given the price of new skis. You don't want something you don't like riding.
I just bought a HO Triumph. (Hey it was $270 *new* on e-bay with double venom boots, couldn't pass it up). What does everyone think of this ski? I'm pretty new to slalom skiing, more of a wakeboarder. I'll probably never course ski, I like free riding more. Seemed like a good compromise between the HO starter skis and the more aggressive Monza/System 8s.
