    When is it high enough?

Have you seen the latest tower extensions?
    Check this out at Boardstop

Can you get to the point of rolling a V hull over, with a really hard cut???

Someone once made a product that was taller but had a wing attached which would turn at the rider cut. The wing would then cause the boat to try and tip the other way to counter act the force of the rider pulling on the boat. It never really caught on.

Yess you could theoretically get a pipe long enough to overturn the boat, but it would have to be really long.

That thing would for sure turn my little skinny boat over! hehe.

I think that is just an excuse for someone who can't get any air.

Yeah, i would agree. May assist in teaching someone how to get up on a wakeboard or barefooting if they were having trouble, but for someone that already knows how to do everything seems like overkill. The tall pylons/towers are definitely needed, but this just seems like someone trying to convince people that they need to make it taller to be better.

It would definitely roll it if it was a MasterCraft. Only thing Ive seen better is a guy here in Bradenton, FL used to show up out in the bay w/ his son on a 22ish foot sailboat w/ a 225 Yamaha outboard. They had a cable system rigged to put the rope about 2/3 the way up the mast. I dunno, maybe thats the entry level for kite boarding...

That would look great, and be so functional when you pair it with a wake wing...there is absolutely no benefit for anyone with a tow point that high off the floor.

RE: When is it high enough?

Nope, that is an actual product that was marketed as a serious "wake enhancement" tool.

                  Here is their marketing specs:
"The Wake Wing is a true aerodynamic wing designed to generate down force while at speed."
"The Wake Wing gives you a fatter wake and radical styling."

Somehow going 20-28mph will create enough wind down force to create a noticeable increase in the size of the wake. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

The wing thingy is taking "pimp my ride" a little far dude.

Going back to the mast extension... how the **** do you get your rope up there or even do a change up of ropes.

Dunno about you all, but we have and use at least three different ropes in a day of boating.
