    tips for increasing wake-size

Hey guys, i've been wake boarding with a chaparral ssi 220 for a while now, and I am now able to do wake to wake jumps easily, and now i'm trying to increase the size of the wake, or just make the peak sharper. does anybody know of after market mods i can put on to increase my growth, if so, how should i go about obtaining and implementing this stuff.

Ballast bags (e.g. Fly High) or lead would be the best things to weigh the boat down. You'll have to play with the placement to get the wake right. You can get the Fly High sacs online, try one of these places:

    http://www.buywake.com/catalog/boat/ballast

As for lead, you can get pre-made bags like here:

of get some lead yourself (e.g. from a tire place) and melt it down to make bricks or put it in bags. Hope this helps some.

Make sure you're in deep enough water. I went surfing behind my new 211 and with 3 people plus myself behind the boat and belly/port tank filled, I was just barely getting enough wake where I had push enough to ride without a rope.

Went out 2 days later, 1 less person, and the wake was massive. Only difference?

First day was on a lake that's 6' deep. Second day was on the river which is 12' deep.
