    Need suggestions on how to replace slalom ski binding insert

    Right rear binding insert on my D3 X5 is broken half out of the ski. Looking for replacment techniques.

    Whenever I change bindings or fill holes in skis I use JB Weld. I mix it up then I take it on a stick ( its usually a long string) and let it down into the hole until full I wait til it sets and level it with a razor Blade. Then I let it cure for 24 hours and redrill. If the Ski has an insert I do the same thing around the insert with a screw in the insert. Just make sure you remove the screw after lineing it up. If you don't and you have gotten any Weld in the insert you will never get the screw out.

      I am very familiar with JB weld and have a set of new tubes just waiting for something. Looke like I'lltake this route. Any suggestions on a good place to find inserts?
